Terms of Service

Last updated: September 30, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of My Musical Publisher, a macOS application made available by My Musical Brain.

1. Your license

When you obtain My Musical Publisher, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software in accordance with these Terms. You are licensing the software, not acquiring ownership of its intellectual property.

2. Your accounts and content

You are responsible for the social-platform accounts you connect, the content you prepare or publish, and the permissions, rights, and licenses required for that content. You must comply with the rules, policies, and terms of every platform you choose to connect.

Connecting an account authorizes the app only to the extent you approve through that platform’s official authorization flow. You may revoke that access in the platform's account settings at any time.

If you use My Musical Publisher's YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. YouTube is a separate service, and its terms also apply to the videos you upload there.

3. Prohibited uses

You may not use the software to violate law or platform rules; infringe copyright, privacy, or other rights; distribute malware or deceptive material; or reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or circumvent technical safeguards in the software except where applicable law expressly permits it.

4. Third-party platforms

Social platforms are independent services. Their availability, APIs, authorization rules, publishing capabilities, and decisions may change at any time. My Musical Brain does not guarantee that any particular platform connection or publishing capability will remain available.

5. Disclaimer and limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the software is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. My Musical Brain is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the software or a third-party platform.

6. Changes, termination, and contact

We may update these Terms as the software or legal requirements change. Your license may end if you materially breach these Terms. Questions may be sent to info.mymusicalbrain@gmail.com.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
